On the basis of single effect evaporation, the low-pressure and low-temperature secondary steam evaporated from the evaporation chamber is converted into steam with higher pressure and temperature through the steam compressor and sent back to the heating chamber for heat exchange with the concentrated solution. The compressed secondary steam with higher temperature and pressure is condensed into condensed water and discharged by the concentrated solution. At the same time, the compressed secondary steam is heated and continues to evaporate. In this way, we only use a small amount of mechanical energy to convert all the secondary steam into a reusable steam source, allowing the evaporation process to continue without relying on external steam.


The MVR evaporator no longer requires steam during the evaporation process and only consumes a small amount of electrical energy. For every 1000kg of water evaporated, it only consumes 30-70 degrees of electricity and does not require cooling water or vacuum pumps
